Pascale Perard took her first professional steps as a sales manager at Maison Cartier, where she learned to master the art of hospitality.
This experienced was followed by more than 11 years of tenure at a leading Out of Home Media agency in Brussels where, over the years, she was responsible for corporate key accounts, internal marketing, HR and business development. As part of a marketing training program she attended for the organization in 2002, she received the Fortis Marketing Award for her thesis in marketing research.
At Stichting Recht & Vermogen (the Belgian Law and Asset Foundation), a knowledge center for notaries, attorneys, lawyers and tax specialists, she held the role of Director and achieved an impressive membership growth of 200%. The assignment of 2 years included managing all pillars of the organization.
Along her professional way, Pascale graduated from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp in 2015 (dko, Film & Video). She funded her ambitious graduation project with crowdfunding. The 30′ fiction film starred internationally known actors and earned a double nomination at the International Film Festival IFF Nice.
Between 2010 and 2018, she built a veritable creative portfolio and gave place to this facet of her personality to discover its potential.
By making this deeply held dream become a reality, she connected with an inspired wide audience for her energetic keynote “Back to true self”.
A book on personal growth could not be missing from her portfolio, “Fundamental Insights into Making Dreams Come True”, published in Dutch.
As of 2017, Pascale enjoyed multiple professional coaching trainings and obtained a PCC Credential from the International Coaching Federation, the gold standard in coaching.
Since 2021, she chairs the board of directors of ICF chapter Belgium. Together with a dedicated team, she is committed to raising awareness and monitoring quality standards for coaching services.
Her expertise in coaching: career coaching, leadership development, stress and burnout prevention, communication skills.
Guiding individuals and organizations in their processes of change has become a passion for her, with the intention of making our environment a little wiser and more beautiful for future generations.
